Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jqk10 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jqk10 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jqk10, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. jqk10 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all products and account types. jqk10 may request proof of age at any time, and accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or location of access. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list — whether maintained by jqk10 or by any third-party responsible gambling organisation — at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during membership.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not have had a previous jqk10 Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

jqk10 reserves the right to decline any application for Account registration and to close any existing Account at its sole discretion, including where jqk10 has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility criteria are not met.

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify jqk10 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials — your username and password. jqk10 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) immediately upon registration. jqk10 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. Any activity carried out through your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.

KYC & Identity Verification

jqk10 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, jqk10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme and reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, Passport, or SIM).
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your jqk10 Account (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph of the Member holding the submitted identification document, where deemed necessary by jqk10's compliance team.

jqk10 will not process any withdrawal request until KYC verification has been completed to jqk10's satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and return of verified deposited funds net of any Bonus credit awarded.

Deposits

All deposits to jqk10 Accounts are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jqk10 does not charge deposit fees on its own behalf, though your payment provider may apply standard inter-bank transfer fees. The following deposit methods are currently accepted:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. jqk10 strictly prohibits third-party deposits. Any deposit originating from a payment account that does not match the Member's registered name will be reversed, less any applicable transfer fees.
• jqk10 is not liable for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or public holidays.
• jqk10 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name, matching the name on the jqk10 Account. jqk10 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• jqk10 targets a withdrawal processing time of five minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window.
• Where a Bonus has been credited to an Account, the corresponding Wagering Requirement must be satisfied in full before the Bonus-derived portion of the Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited independently of any Bonus are not subject to withdrawal restrictions.
• jqk10 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are associated with unusual account activity patterns.

Bonuses & Promotions

jqk10 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and major sporting events. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met before any Bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is displayed at the time the Bonus is offered.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution schedules are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Minimum Odds: Where sports betting contributes toward a Wagering Requirement, bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection unless otherwise specified.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used and Wagering Requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one Bonus may be active at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the current Bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: jqk10 reserves the right to void any Bonus and withhold related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, placing hedged or low-risk wagers designed solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jqk10 are subject to the specific rules governing each product type. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable product rules. Key general principles include:

• Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with jqk10's official sportsbook rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets are settled per standard Asian Handicap rules. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant being played. All game outcomes are final once the round has concluded and results have been displayed on screen. Connectivity issues on the part of the Member do not entitle the Member to a refund of a bet placed in a completed round.
• Slots: Slot games are governed by the RTP and paytable rules of the individual game as published by the relevant game studio. All outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results and payout rates are governed by the rules of the specific togel market selected. Draw results are final and non-disputable.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each product interface. jqk10 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members at its discretion.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or manifest pricing error, jqk10 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Account. jqk10 has no obligation to honour bets placed at erroneous prices or under erroneously displayed game conditions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jqk10 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or extract data.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of any event offered on the jqk10 sportsbook.
• Colluding with other Members in live casino or card game rooms to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or unintended pricing discrepancies for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with jqk10.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, while misrepresenting your location.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jqk10 Platform — including but not limited to the jqk10 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jqk10 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without jqk10's prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

jqk10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jqk10 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform, including losses caused by server downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside jqk10's reasonable control.
• Any financial loss — including loss of profits, loss of winnings, or consequential loss — arising from your participation in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Any loss caused by unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

jqk10's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions — regardless of the cause of action — shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, net of any withdrawals made during the same period.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jqk10's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Responsible Gaming

jqk10 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. jqk10 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible free of charge to all Members from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum daily session durations. The Platform will display a prominent notification and offer to end the session when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary self-exclusion of between 24 hours and 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the Account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers will be accepted.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently close their Account and be excluded from jqk10 should contact support via live chat. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jqk10 is incorporated and licensed. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice being given, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents jqk10 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
